Rock River Arms Standard A4 upper receiver assembly built in a 20" rifle-length configuration. This setup features a forged A4 upper, A2 front sight base, rifle-length polymer handguard with round ventilation holes (vented style), and a non-A2 style muzzle device.

This upper is fitted with a detachable carry handle/rear sight assembly. No charging handle or bolt carrier group is provided.
