Built in the United States in the 1990s, this American Eagle-series Stoeger Luger uses stainless-steel investment-cast and CNC-machined components. Its bright stainless finish combines polished flats with matte/bead-blasted recesses for clear contrast and crisp edges.
The pistol retains the original short-recoil, toggle-locked mechanism, paired with a 4-inch tapered Army-length barrel and an 8+1 capacity. Sighting is straightforward with a fixed ramped/blade front and a fixed V-notch rear integral to the rear toggle link. Circular diamond-checkered toggle knobs provide positive purchase during operation.
Feature details and markings are true to the model: a gold-highlighted American Eagle crest on the chamber, right receiver roll-marked "STOEGER IND. AMERICAN EAGLE CAL. 9MM LUGER" with the Stoeger logo, left receiver marked "LUGER REG. U.S. P.A.T.
