The factory-engraved Gadsden lower is the signature feature, showing a coiled snake and "DON'T TREAD ON ME" on the right magwell. The right receiver is marked "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY WEST COLUMBIA, S.C." with SAFE/FIRE selector legends, underscoring its U.S. origin.
Receivers are 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized black finish. The flat-top upper includes a forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover. The upper and handguard together provide a continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny rail for mounting sights and accessories.
The free-float aluminum M‑LOK handguard is fitted with a bolt-on M‑LOK QD sling mount and comes outfitted with tan M‑LOK rail cover panels and a short Picatinny section at 6 o'clock. The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port flash hider secured by a crush washer.
Furniture and controls are purposefully selected: a B5 Systems Bravo adjustable carbine stock with integral QD sling cups and an enlarged cheek area, plus a Magpul MOE pistol grip. Ambidextrous features include an extended-latch charging handle with a blue anodized finish. Polymer flip-up front and rear sights are installed.
This semi-automatic, direct-impingement PA-15 is chambered in 5.56mm NATO, accepts STANAG-pattern magazines, and has a 30+1 capacity. Length of pull is 12.5 inches. One 30-round Magpul PMAG is included.
