    What’s Included

    • Marlin Model 336 .30-30 lever-action rifle with 20 inch barrel
    • Screw-on, knurled hammer extension spur (installed)

Built in North Haven in 1971, this Model 336 represents the desirable pre–cross-bolt safety configuration with a side-eject, solid-top receiver. The design supports easy loading through the side gate and dependable ejection while maintaining the classic Marlin profile.

The 20 inch round barrel uses Marlin’s Micro-Groove rifling, noted here for its excellent, sharp rifling and a clean, mirror bore. Paired with a full-length tubular magazine secured by two bands, the rifle provides a 6-round capacity in the traditional .30-30 chambering.

Factory iron sights include a ramped front sight and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear, giving a clear and familiar sight picture. The gold-colored trigger adds a distinct period detail consistent with the rifle’s early-1970s production.

The walnut pistol-grip stock and matching fore-end feature white-line spacers, a grip cap, and a black plastic buttplate. A sling swivel stud is installed at the front barrel band; the buttstock has no rear swivel stud or mounting hole. The length of pull measures 13.5 inches for a comfortable, classic fit.
