The Centurion configuration delivers a 4.3 inch compact-length slide and barrel on a full-size 92 frame. This setup preserves a generous 5.8 inch sight radius while offering a shorter, quicker-cycling top end that many shooters find well balanced.
It uses the 92FS short-recoil system with a falling locking block and includes the 92FS safety enhancement with an enlarged hammer pin and slide groove. The pistol is double-action/single-action with a slide-mounted safety/decocker, an automatic firing pin block, and a red dot indicator.
The steel slide has the classic open-top profile with rear cocking serrations and a Black Bruniton finish. The steel barrel features a hard-chromed bore. The black anodized aluminum alloy frame includes a squared trigger guard and a lanyard loop, and the dust cover is smooth without an accessory rail.
Sighting is a 3-dot system with a fixed white-dot front sight integral to the slide and a dovetailed, drift-adjustable rear sight with two white dots. Black checkered plastic grips with Beretta medallions complete the factory configuration. Capacity is 15+1 in 9mm Luger, and this pistol is made in the United States.
