The L5 IMB configuration delivers the Desert Eagle experience in a lighter package with a 5-inch barrel and integral muzzle brake. The ported, carbon steel barrel uses polygonal rifling with a 1:19 RH twist, and the fixed-barrel design pairs with the gas-operated, rotating-bolt action. Capacity is 7+1 in .50 AE, with an overall length of approximately 9.75 inches and an empty weight around 48.6 ounces.
Controls are straightforward and robust: a single-action trigger, an ambidextrous slide-mounted manual safety with a red "fire" dot indicator, and a reliable rotating-bolt lockup. The hard-coat anodized black aluminum frame and black slide are complemented by a one-piece soft rubber grip with finger grooves for a secure hold.
Topside, a full-length Weaver/Picatinny-style accessory rail provides mounting space along the slide/barrel assembly. Fixed sights include a ramped front blade and a rear notch with protective ears, giving a clean sight picture suited to the platform.
