The elongated, fluted 5-shot cylinder is purpose-built to accommodate .410 loads, with clear barrel rollmarks denoting ".45 LC/.410 GA" alongside "The Judge."
Sights are straightforward and durable: a fiber-optic front ramp with an orange insert for fast alignment, paired with a fixed, integral top-strap rear notch. The knurled ejector-rod tip and partial underlug support smooth extraction and balanced handling.
Construction is all-steel with a polished blued/black oxide finish on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The one-piece Ribber-style rubber grip provides a secure, hand-filling hold. An external hammer complements the double-action operation.
Factory markings include the Taurus crest on the frame and grip, "TAURUS INT. MIA, FL-USA" and "MADE IN BRAZIL" import/proof stamps. The revolver incorporates the Taurus Security System key lock within the hammer for storage security.
