The Gen 6 G17 updates the classic full-size 9mm with ambidextrous slide stop levers, an enlarged, reversible magazine release, and a flared magazine well for faster reloads. The rough-texture polymer frame provides secure purchase without adding bulk.
Its factory optic-ready slide uses a two-screw rear cover plate and retains practical fixed sights with a white-dot front. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, and the Glock accessory rail on the dust cover supports compatible lights or accessories.
The 4.49 in barrel and matte black slide finish maintain the familiar G17 profile. This pistol uses Glock's short-recoil, locked-breech, striker-fired Safe Action system. The bore condition is excellent with sharp rifling, supporting clean, consistent performance.
Proof and origin markings include GLOCK AT and MADE IN AUSTRIA, with Glock, Inc., Smyrna, GA import markings. The barrel is Austrian-marked, and the slide, barrel, and frame carry matching serial numbers.
This package includes three 17-round Glock magazines plus a 50-round drum; the listed 50+1 capacity reflects use with the included drum magazine. Gen 6 was announced in December 2025 with retail availability beginning January 2026.
