The TX22 Compact T.O.R.O. configuration features a high-grade aluminum slide finished in hard-anodized black with front and rear serrations and a lightening window to reduce reciprocating mass. The polymer frame is finished in black and uses an aggressive grip texture for secure purchase in a compact footprint.
The T.O.R.O. slide includes a factory optic cut with a cover plate and a direct-mount footprint for Holosun K and Shield RMSc pattern micro red dots. Fixed white-dot front and a low-profile, drift-adjustable rear sight provide a clean sight picture out of the box.
This pistol is striker-fired, single-action, and blowback-operated, and it uses the Taurus Performance Trigger System. Controls include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a left-side magazine release. Internal safety features include a trigger safety and a striker block.
