The MPX Carbine configuration delivers a 16-inch barrel in 9mm Luger with a threaded muzzle and a removable device installed. The extended free-float aluminum handguard has venting/relief slots, providing a lightweight, rigid feel and ample rail space in key areas.
Controls are modern and accessible: ambidextrous safety selector and bolt catch/release, a right-side magazine release, and a flat-faced trigger. The installed Radian Raptor MPX charging handle adds fully ambidextrous operation and positive manipulation.
The stock setup includes a Magpul CTR adjustable carbine stock mounted on a side-folding hinge, offering compact storage and adjustable fit. The listed length of pull is 12.0 inches. A SIG polymer pistol grip completes the control interface.
Topside, a Picatinny rail runs across the upper receiver with an additional short top rail segment near the muzzle. No sights are installed, leaving a clean setup for the buyer’s preferred sighting system. Markings include "SIG MPX MULTI-CAL." on the magwell, the circular SIG logo, a faint "MPX" on the upper receiver, and the manufacturer rollmark "SIG SAUER INC. EXETER–NH–USA."
This carbine uses proprietary MPX-pattern detachable box magazines. Capacity is noted at 35+1, and this example includes two 35-round polymer magazines by Lancer Systems.
