The Witness 2311S is built on a 2011-pattern modular platform that combines a steel upper/receiver with a polymer grip module for a double-stack configuration. This example is full-size with a 5-inch Government-length barrel and traditional 1911 barrel bushing. The pistol wears a matte black Cerakote finish and includes front and rear cocking serrations on the slide.
Controls and fire control parts are set up for single-action, recoil-operated use and include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a memory pad. A skeletonized, curved trigger with lightening cuts and a lightened spur/combat-style hammer complete the package. The flared magazine well supports faster reloads, and the included 15-round magazine has witness holes marked 5/10/15.
This pistol arrives with a factory-installed FAR-DOT micro red dot. The slide is optic cut, and a backup rear notch pairs with a low blade front sight with a small dot. The optic is secured by two screws as installed.
Additional features include a full-length, 4-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover and clear factory markings. The slide is roll-marked WITNESS2311S 10MM, and the frame bears importer and origin markings: EAA Cocoa, FL and MADE IN TÜRKIYE.
