The barrel is 14.5 inches and features a pinned and welded three-prong flash hider to bring the overall length to 16 inches. The .223 Wylde chamber and 1:8 twist rate pair with a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action. This setup follows the SABRE-15 specification for a balanced, general-purpose configuration.
The upper receiver includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port dust cover. Its top rail is T-marked, and the PSA Sabre free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard carries partial top Picatinny segments. The handguard is marked "MADE IN U.S.A." and "SABRE."
A BCM-branded bolt carrier group is installed, and charging is handled by an ambidextrous Armaspec Victory unit with tan levers. Controls include a non-ambidextrous magazine release with a 90° selector and a manual safety. The magwell and handguard wear PSA palmetto crest logos.
Furniture includes an adjustable polymer stock with an enhanced cheek weld and QD sockets, plus a Magpul MOE SL pistol grip. The rifle is finished in black and ships with one 30-round PMAG. No sights are included, allowing the buyer to configure the top rail as desired.
