This Stainless II is a classic, full-size 1911 built on a stainless steel frame with a matching stainless slide, both in a matte finish. The Government-length 5-inch barrel and slide deliver the traditional 1911 profile and sight radius in a durable, all-steel package.
Controls and safeties are true to form and thoughtfully executed: a single-side (left) thumb safety, a grip safety with memory pad, and the Series II Swartz-type firing-pin block actuated by the grip safety. A skeletonized three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complement the single-action operation.
The slide is configured with front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation and a lowered/flared ejection port. Fixed, low-profile dovetailed sights are installed at the front and rear. Slide rollmarks include "STAINLESS II" alongside the Kimber script logo.
Grip and handling features include black checkered synthetic grips with smooth triangular accent pads around the screw heads, a smooth front strap, and a vertically serrated mainspring housing. Capacity is 8+1 in .45 ACP, and this pistol arrives with four 8-round magazines to keep you range-ready.
