This Ruger PC Charger (SKU 29100) is a 9mm Luger takedown pistol built around a cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel 6.5 inch barrel with 1/2x28 threads and a thread protector. It features the Ruger dead-blow, tungsten-weighted blowback system, a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with an aftermarket angled hand stop/foregrip installed, a Picatinny rail on the receiver, and an integral rear 1913 rail. This example includes an aftermarket 1913 rail-mounted folding rear support/armature and ships with the factory box, three magazines, and the Ruger magwell insert. Manufactured in 2020.

The PC Charger’s takedown interface allows quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the receiver, aiding transport and storage while maintaining barrel-to-receiver repeatability. The free-float hard-coat anodized aluminum M-LOK handguard is fitted with an aftermarket angled hand stop/foregrip and pairs with a Picatinny rail on the receiver for mounting sights or accessories.
Ruger’s dead-blow, tungsten-weighted blowback action is at the core of this model, paired with a glass-filled polymer chassis and an AR-pattern Ruger logo pistol grip. The charging handle and magazine release are reversible to accommodate user preference.
Magazine flexibility is a hallmark of the platform: the interchangeable magazine well system accepts Ruger Security-9/SR9 and Glock double-stack 9mm magazines. This pistol comes with two Glock-branded 33-round magazines and one Ruger SR-series 17-round steel magazine (with Ruger-style magazine loader), plus the Ruger magwell insert.
The 6.5 inch cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel uses a 1:10 RH twist and is threaded 1/2x28 with a thread protector. Overall length is approximately 16.5 inches and weight is about 5.2 lb. The integral rear 1913 rail on this example hosts an aftermarket folding rear support/armature that is installed.
