The MAC 9 DS is a recent-release, compact 2011-pattern 9mm built for MAC by Tisas in Turkey. It pairs a Commander-length 4.25 in bushingless stainless bull barrel with a forged carbon-steel slide in black nitride and a 7075-aluminum frame with a modular polymer grip. This example includes six 17-round magazines and features ambidextrous controls, a fiber-optic front sight, and a 3-slot Picatinny rail.
Condition
Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor, superficial scratches and blemishes are present. The cover plate on the slide uses two different screw types, and one screw head appears stripped.

This compact double-stack 2011 uses a Commander-length 4.25 in bushingless stainless bull barrel with a target crown for added muzzle protection. The forged carbon-steel slide wears a black nitride finish and has front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation.
The 7075-aluminum frame is hard-coat anodized and paired with a polymer grip module that provides molded texture and a flared magazine well. The frame is serialized forward of the trigger guard and incorporates a 3-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover.
Controls and fire control are classic Series-70 pattern with a titanium firing pin, an internal extractor, and a single-action, hammer-fired system. It includes an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety, plus a flat-faced, skeletonized trigger with lightening slots and a skeletonized Commander/combat-style hammer with an elongated oval cutout.
Sights are straightforward and fast: a green fiber-optic front; rear sighting arrangement may vary by setup. Capacity is 17+1 using 2011/STI-pattern double-stack magazines, and overall length is approximately 7.9 in.
