The 20 in cylinder-bore barrel is paired with a full-length magazine tube that reaches the muzzle, delivering an 8+1 capacity. The knurled removable magazine cap integrates a front sling attachment. The chamber accepts both 2 3/4 in and 3 in 12 Gauge shells.
The pump-action system uses twin action bars and dual extractors. A tang safety provides familiar Mossberg control placement. The receiver is drilled and tapped with four plug screws.
Furniture includes a black synthetic stock with a sling swivel stud and a ribbed synthetic forend for a secure grip. Sighting is straightforward with a brass bead front sight and no rear sight. Length of pull is 14.0 in, and a Limbsaver recoil pad is installed.
