The first-generation LCP configuration retains the original DAO internal-hammer system with a locked-breech, linkless tilting-barrel design. This model uses a manual slide hold-open and does not automatically lock the slide back on an empty magazine. Its compact profile and micro footprint make it purpose-built for discreet carry.
Construction emphasizes strength with a steel barrel and a black slide featuring rear serrations, paired to a black glass-filled nylon frame. Fixed integral sights include a front blade and a rear notch, offering a simple, snag-resistant setup.
This example is thoughtfully customized for carry utility. The Crimson Trace trigger-guard laser is installed for rapid indexing. The aftermarket red skeletonized metal trigger and the rubberized grip sleeve with finger grooves provide a distinct feel and visual contrast while maintaining a compact envelope.
The extended single-stack magazine brings total capacity to 7+1 in .380 ACP and includes a finger-extension baseplate for added control. The left-side magazine release maintains familiar operation.
Manufactured in 2017 in the USA, this Gen 1 LCP delivers the classic original configuration with practical enhancements already in place and ready for use.
