The 92X Full Size uses an aluminum alloy Vertec-style straight backstrap frame with a black hard-anodized finish and thin checkered polymer grip panels with Beretta medallions. A three-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories.
The open-top, non-Brigadier slide has rear cocking serrations, dovetailed sights, and no optic cut. The 4.7 in steel barrel is chrome-lined with a recessed crown. The pistol is marked Made in USA on the slide and carries the circled PB logo.
Controls include a DA/SA trigger, a spurred external hammer, and a left-side button magazine release. Safety features consist of an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker, an automatic firing-pin block, and a convertible F/G slide with a Type F safety/decocker installed.
Sights are dovetailed iron units with a bright dot front sight and a serrated square-notch rear sight. Capacity is 18+1, and this pistol ships with two 18-round and three 17-round steel double-stack magazines compatible with the Beretta 92-series/92X Full Size.
