Made in Germany and imported by HKI – Columbus, GA, this VP9 carries CIP N and DE markings with the BG two-letter date code on the slide. The polymer frame is molded with the VP logo on the backstrap and finished in a light gray that contrasts cleanly with the slide for a two-tone look.
The full-size frame uses interchangeable backstraps and side panels to tailor the grip, and it comes with ambidextrous slide release levers and an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release. The trigger is striker-fired with a single-action feel and an integral safety blade.
The 4.09 in steel barrel is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and a 1:9.8 RH twist. It is non-threaded. HK charging supports are integrated at the rear of the slide for confident manipulation. The slide is a standard, non-optic-cut configuration.
Sights are practical 3-dot irons with dovetailed front and rear units. An extended MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dust cover provides mounting space, and the included unbranded ported compensator/weight attaches to this rail.
Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 15+1 capacity, this pistol includes two 15-round magazines and one 10-round magazine to cover a range of use cases and compliance needs.
