This 2020 Ruger 10/22 Carbine is a clean, U.S.-made .22 LR with an 18.5" cold hammer-forged, stainless/silver-finished barrel, a durable aluminum-alloy receiver with a matte black anodized finish, and a black synthetic stock. It comes with a Ruger BX-25 25-round magazine and features open sights, a drilled and tapped receiver top with four filler screws, and classic carbine details including a barrel band and right-side ejection.

The carbine-length 18.5" barrel is cold hammer-forged with a standard profile and a 1:16 RH twist, delivering a smooth, consistent bore that shows excellent rifling. The barrel is roll-marked "10/22 .22 LR — RUGER • NEWPORT • NH • USA," confirming manufacture in Newport, New Hampshire.
The receiver is aluminum-alloy with a matte black anodized finish and right-side ejection, and its top is drilled and tapped with four filler screws. The non-takedown configuration retains the classic carbine-style barrel band.
Sighting is straightforward with a non-hooded blade front and a folding rear leaf, paired to a black synthetic stock featuring molded checkering, a Ruger medallion grip cap, and a rear sling swivel. Length of pull is 13.5 for a comfortable carbine fit.
The semi-automatic blowback action is chambered in .22 LR with a 25+1 capacity when using the included Ruger BX-25 magazine. This configuration offers proven 10/22 ergonomics with modern materials and a clean, recent-production build from 2020.
