Sight acquisition is fast and clear thanks to a red fiber-optic front sight paired with a low-profile two-dot rear. The slide features front and rear vertical cocking serrations and a hinged loaded-chamber indicator for quick status checks.
Safety and control features include a grip safety, a trigger safety with a safety blade, and a loaded-chamber indicator. The left-side magazine release supports straightforward reloads, and the single-slot accessory rail on the dustcover allows mounting of a compatible light.
Fit and finish details include the Springfield Armory crossed-cannons crest and "Springfield Armory U.S.A." rollmark, with proof marking "MADE IN CROATIA."
