The Gen 3 design introduces a rotating forend that lets the SUB2000 fold while retaining a top-mounted optic, adding storage and transport flexibility. A continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny rail runs along the forend for mounting options across the top.
The 16.25 in steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and capped with a knurled thread protector. The carbine operates on a semi-automatic blowback system and uses an aluminum trigger. The charging handle is under-tube mounted and reciprocating.
Construction includes a polymer clamshell over a steel, serial-numbered receiver tube, paired with a ventilated polymer forend featuring elongated cooling slots. The telescoping, skeletonized stock provides a 13.0 in length of pull.
This Glock-magazine version is chambered in 9mm Luger with a stated capacity of 17+1. An ambidextrous bolt hold-open enhances handling, and the carbine is made in the USA.
