Built in the USA by Century Arms in Georgia, Vermont, this VSKA uses a stamped 1/16 in steel receiver with a manganese-phosphate finish. The rifle incorporates premium materials in critical components, including an S7 tool-steel front trunnion and bolt carrier, a carburized 4140 steel bolt, and an S7 tool-steel feed ramp.
The 16.25 in barrel is 4150 chrome-moly vanadium steel and threaded 14x1 mm LH. It is fitted with a 45-degree slant brake and delivers the durability and heat resistance expected from a CMV barrel.
The rifle is outfitted with Magpul upgrades: a Zhukov extended polymer handguard with M-LOK slots and an internal aluminum heat-shield chassis, a skeletonized FDE polymer stock with a QD sling socket, and an FDE polymer pistol grip. These enhancements provide modern ergonomics and accessory mounting while retaining the AKM-pattern layout.
Sighting is handled by an AKM open-ear front sight block and an aperture/peep rear sight mounted at the rear sight block. The factory RAK-1 enhanced trigger group offers a clean, consistent pull, and the manual safety/selector lever provides familiar AK operation.
Chambered in 7.62x39 with a 30+1 capacity, this VSKA combines durable construction with thoughtful upgrades. The 12.5 in length of pull supports a compact, maneuverable fit, and the package includes two 30-round steel magazines.
