This Romanian-made PSL-54C is a 7.62x54R semi-automatic rifle built on a stamped-steel receiver with a long-stroke gas-piston, closed-bolt operating system. It features a 24.5 inch barrel with a long slotted multi-chamber muzzle brake, laminated thumbhole stock, and wood handguards. Import marks indicate Century Arms International, Georgia VT. It comes with five 10-round PSL-pattern steel magazines and an installed green web sling.

The PSL-54C is configured with a right-side charging handle and right-side safety/selector lever, mirroring the familiar control layout of its Romanian lineage. The stamped-steel receiver uses a ribbed top cover and riveted construction, paired with a laminated wood thumbhole stock and wood upper and lower handguards for a classic PSL profile.
Its 24.5 inch barrel is fitted with a long slotted multi-chamber muzzle brake. The front-sight block is the distinctive PSL pattern with circular lightening holes, and the iron sights include a protected post front sight and an adjustable tangent rear sight.
Furniture details include a laminated thumbhole stock with a rubber buttpad and rear sling swivel. The length of pull measures 13.0 inches, providing a solid shoulder fit alongside the included green web sling.
