The aluminum receivers wear a multicolor camouflage finish with factory rollmarks and logos, including the BRO biohazard emblem and SPEC15 model marking. The receiver is marked 'NEOSHO, MO U.S.A.' and 'MADE IN USA', and the ejection-port cover has both 'LET IT' and 'RAIN!' engraved on the exterior face.
The 16 inch .223 Wylde barrel uses a 1:8 twist and is threaded, capped with a multi-prong flash hider. The rifle runs a semi-automatic, direct impingement gas system and includes a forward assist and case deflector.
The BRO free-float aluminum handguard features elongated triangular lightening cuts and vent holes, along with a short Picatinny section at the front; it does not bridge to the receiver’s rail.
Furniture includes a BMSMIL-marked collapsible carbine stock with an approximate 10.5–14 inch length of pull, a Magpul MOE pistol grip, and a standard GI-style trigger guard. A manual safety is present, and the rifle has a 30+1 capacity. No sights are included.
