The lower is marked Windham Weaponry WW-15 with SAFE/FIRE selector markings, and the right side reads W.W.I. Windham, ME U.S.A. The upper is a flat-top A3 with a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. The receiver set is aluminum with a matte black anodized finish and uses the STANAG-pattern magazine interface.
This rifle has been converted to short-stroke gas piston operation. The bolt carrier bears an Adams Arms crest consistent with a piston system, aligning with the noted conversion. The action type is semi-automatic with manual safety control.
The handguard is a Samson Manufacturing Evolution Series 12.37 in free-float unit made of aluminum. It provides a T-marked continuous top rail and modular rail sections for accessories. Assorted bolt-on Picatinny rail sections are included.
