This customized PSA PA-15 stands out with its 6.5 Grendel chambering, right-side–charging upper, and a 16-inch stainless barrel capped with a stainless multi-port muzzle device. It is equipped with a free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard and comes with a mounted Sightmark open reflex red dot for rapid target acquisition. The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" and "Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, S.C."

The rifle is built on PSA's PA-15 lower and uses the AR-15/STANAG magazine interface, configured here for 6.5 Grendel with a listed capacity of 25+1. It operates via direct impingement and includes a manual safety. The receiver finish is matte black anodized.
A right-side–charging upper has been installed. This configuration omits the forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover, creating a streamlined profile with side charging for manual operation.
The 16-inch stainless steel barrel is threaded and fitted with a stainless multi-port muzzle device. An aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard provides rigid accessory mounting while keeping the barrel free from external contact.
Furniture includes a telescoping polymer stock and a Magpul polymer pistol grip. A Sightmark 1x open reflex red-dot sight with selectable reticle options is mounted and ready to use. The lower receiver bears "PA-15 MULTI" and "Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, S.C." markings. Made in the United States.
