The GHM9 operates via a closed-bolt, straight blowback system with right-side ejection and a left-side charging handle. Its full-length top Picatinny rail spans the receiver and handguard, providing continuous mounting space, and it comes equipped with flip-up front and rear iron sights.
This rifle configuration uses a 16-inch barrel with a window marked "Cal. 9x19mm" and "CH22." The metal receiver wears a matte black finish, paired with a polymer frame and a slim, ventilated M-LOK handguard. A Swiss cross marking is present at the handguard/upper interface.
The stock is a metal, folding, skeletonized design that folds to the right. It provides a length of pull of 14.0. The installed B5 Systems pistol grip offers a modern control interface, and the rifle retains its OEM grip in the package if a return to factory configuration is desired.
Factory and import markings include B&T Thun, Switzerland and B&T USA / Tampa FL, with the CH22 barrel code. Capacity is 17+1, and one 17-round magazine is included.
