The Operator configuration delivers a forged carbon steel frame and slide with a durable black Cerakote finish. The 5 in match-grade stainless steel barrel uses a traditional bushing system for consistent lockup. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, while the Commander-style skeletonized hammer and three-hole skeletonized trigger complete the duty-ready control set.
Low-light sighting is handled by a tritium front sight (marked H3/USA) paired with a Tactical Rack ledge-style rear sight designed for positive one-handed rack capability. The pistol incorporates an ambidextrous thumb safety and a grip safety with a memory bump. A flat, checkered mainspring housing provides a solid, repeatable purchase.
The dustcover integrates a three-slot Picatinny rail for mounting lights or accessories. The single-stack magazine well features a light bevel for efficient reloads. Capacity is 8+1, and two 8-round magazines are included; they are stamped 'Cal. .45' and 'Made in Italy'.
Custom Pachmayr Signature Model checkered rubber grips are installed for added control, and spare textured tan grip panels are included for an alternate setup.
