The LORD Limited Edition treatment is immediately recognizable. The receiver uses Benelli’s two-piece Raffaello architecture with a two-tone finish: a matte black upper and a bronze/rose-gold lower. The stock and forend are leather-covered walnut with a pebbled texture and a wood buttplate, creating a rare factory trim that is both distinctive and collectible. The bronze-colored, diamond-textured magazine cap includes a front sling stud.
The 26-inch CRIOBARREL is cryo-treated and set up with a ventilated rib and a red fiber-optic front bead. Flush-fit screw-in choke tubes are used, and this example includes Modified and Cylinder chokes. No mid-bead was observed on the rib.
Operation is semi-automatic with an inertia-driven system and a rotating bolt, as marked on the bolt face. The chamber is 3 inches and marked for 2 3/4" or 3" shells, with a capacity of 3 rounds. The cross-bolt safety features a red fire indicator. Length of pull measures 14.25 inches.
Origin is Italy with Italian proof marks on the barrel and receiver and Benelli U.S.A. Accokeek MD import markings. The overall presentation is that of a limited edition Raffaello that is both rare and collectible, from its leather-covered furniture to its two-tone alloy receiver.
