This compact Witness 2311C pairs a 4.25 inch 4140 steel barrel with a double-stack 2011-platform frame for 17+1 capacity in 9mm Luger. It features ambidextrous safeties, a flared magwell, and an integral Picatinny rail. This example stands out with an installed Vortex Defender-CCW 6 MOA red dot and four 17-round steel magazines, with the pistol wearing a clean matte black finish and the magazines featuring stainless/silver-finish bodies with black baseplates.
Built on a polymer grip module with textured panels and Girsan "G" medallion inserts, the pistol combines front and rear slide serrations with a skeletonized three-slot trigger and Commander-style hammer. It is a recent release in the Witness 2311 series and is imported by European American Armory Corp. (Cocoa, Florida), with the frame marked MADE IN TÜRKIYE.

The Witness 2311C is a compact member of the Witness 2311 series, configured here with a Commander-length 4.25 inch barrel made from 4140 steel. The double-stack polymer grip module and flared magwell support fast magazine changes and the stated 17+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
Controls and handling features include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety, plus a skeletonized three-slot trigger and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer. The slide wears front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation, and the frame and slide share a uniform matte black finish.
Optics are ready to go with a Vortex Defender-CCW 6 MOA red dot installed, providing a bright red aiming point. A dovetailed front post is present; the rear iron sight is not included.
The dustcover incorporates an integral Picatinny accessory rail for lights or lasers. Markings include EAA Cocoa, FL and MADE IN TÜRKIYE, reflecting Turkish manufacture and EAA importation.
