This Hellcat Pro OSP Threaded Barrel model stands out as a Desert FDE variant with a 4.4 in hammer-forged, Melonite-finished barrel that is extended and threaded 1/2x28 with a thread protector. The slide is milled for Springfield Micro-footprint optics and includes a cover plate, paired with co-witness capable U-Dot iron sights featuring an AmeriGlo tritium/luminescent front and a Tactical Rack U-notch rear. It comes well-equipped with a Streamlight TLR-8 light/laser installed, five factory magazines, and original Springfield Armory accessories.

The OSP Threaded Barrel configuration delivers a purpose-built 4.4 in barrel that is extended and threaded 1/2x28, complete with a thread protector. The barrel is hammer-forged steel with a Melonite finish and a 1:10 twist, providing durability and easy integration with compatible muzzle devices.
Its Desert FDE Cerakote slide is cut for Springfield Micro-footprint optics and includes a cover plate when no optic is installed. Front and rear cocking serrations aid manipulation, while the co-witness capable U-Dot iron sights combine an AmeriGlo tritium/luminescent front with a Tactical Rack U-notch rear.
The FDE polymer frame features aggressive molded texturing and an integral accessory rail on the dustcover. Overall dimensions are approximately 7.2 in long, 4.8 in high, and 1.0 in wide, with an unloaded weight around 22 oz. The striker-fired, semi-automatic action and compact size align with the Hellcat Pro series design.
Manufactured by HS Produkt in Croatia and imported by Springfield Armory, this pistol bears proof marks reading "HS PRODUKT • MADE IN CROATIA." Capacity for the model line is stated up to 17+1, and this example includes two 17-round magazines plus three 15-round magazines. The installed Streamlight TLR-8, along with the factory box, soft case, range bag, holster, manual, and serial-matched test target, make this a complete package.
