The 24.8 inch cold hammer-forged sporter-taper barrel and blued steel receiver provide a proven foundation for reliable rimfire performance. The right-hand bolt action cycles a detachable 5-round box magazine for a 5+1 total capacity.
Iron sights include a barrel-mounted tangent rear sight with a sliding elevator graduated to 200 m and a hooded front post for a protected sight picture. The receiver has an integral 11 mm dovetail.
The hardwood stock has a semi-gloss finish with pistol-grip checkering and a smooth forend. A rear sling stud is installed in the stock, and a front barrel-band sling swivel is mounted on the barrel; a polymer buttplate with the CZ logo finishes the stock. Length of pull is 13.75 inches.
Markings include CIP Czech proof marks with a two-digit '12 year-of-proof and the CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark. The rifle is made in the Czech Republic.
