This PSA PA-9 Gen 4 upper receiver assembly is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10.5" barrel and a full-length top Picatinny rail for optics and accessories. The setup is ready to mount on a compatible lower.

This unit includes 45-degree offset front and rear sights and a flip-up VISM red dot. A bolt carrier group marked "G4-9" and an AR-pattern charging handle are also included.
