The centerpiece of this build is the Keystone Sporting Arms (K.S.A. LLC) 18-inch fluted stainless heavy barrel with a recessed target crown. It is configured without iron sights, pairing cleanly with the included optic. The two-tone look—natural stainless barrel with a black/anodized receiver—provides a purposeful, durable appearance.
The Bell & Carlson composite stock adds a rigid, stable platform with a tan/gray marbled finish and a Bell & Carlson medallion on the belly. It is fitted with a screw-attached recoil pad. A 13.5-inch length of pull supports a comfortable shoulder mount, and sling swivel studs are installed front and rear for carry options.
Optics are ready to go out of the box with a receiver-mounted scope base and rings holding a Nikon Buckmasters 3-9x scope. The configuration keeps the sight line clear, as the barrel has no iron sights.
This .22 LR uses the Ruger 10/22’s semi-automatic blowback action with a cross-bolt safety and the detachable 10-round rotary magazine system for a 10+1 capacity. It includes four magazines in total, three joined by a three-way coupler, to support extended range sessions.
Built in the United States in 2013, this rifle combines an aluminum-alloy Ruger 10/22 receiver with a custom stainless bull barrel and a durable Bell & Carlson stock for a clean, functional setup tailored to scoped shooting.
