This Romanian-made Romarm/Cugir PSL 54 is a 7.62x54R semi-automatic rifle built on an AK/RPK-lineage stamped-steel receiver and configured with classic PSL furniture. It features a 24.5 in chrome-lined barrel with a PSL-pattern slotted muzzle brake and iron sights, and it remains in as-new condition. Imported by Century Arms, it includes one 10-round PSL-pattern steel magazine, the factory box, and the owner's manual.

Built at Cugir in Romania and imported by Century Arms, this PSL 54 follows the proven long-stroke gas piston system. The rifle uses a stamped-steel receiver with a ribbed top cover and carries clear import marks: ROMARM/CUGIR MADE IN ROMANIA and C.A.I., GEORGIA, VT.
The 24.5 in chrome-lined barrel is paired with a PSL-pattern slotted muzzle brake and a 1:10 twist rate. The bore is mirror-bright with sharp rifling, matching the rifle’s as-new presentation.
Furniture is period-correct PSL style: a laminated wood thumbhole, skeletonized stock with a rubber buttpad and a ventilated, two-piece wooden handguard. The length of pull measures 12.5 inches, providing a compact, solid shoulder fit.
Sighting is via iron sights with a protected post front and an adjustable tangent rear. Capacity is 10+1 using proprietary PSL-pattern detachable magazines; these are not interchangeable with SVD types. Overall length is approximately 45.3 inches, and weight is about 9.5 pounds.
