The PA-15 platform here is configured with a flat-top Picatinny upper featuring a forward assist, brass deflector, and an ejection-port dust cover. The lower is marked "PA-15 MULTI" with SAFE/FIRE selector positions and PSA crossed-cannons branding, indicating West Columbia, SC manufacture.
The Timber Creek M-LOK free-float handguard reduces weight while providing expansive M-LOK mounting space. It is branded on the left side and paired with tan M-LOK rail cover panels and a BCM short M-LOK vertical foregrip for secure support-hand control.
A Toolcraft-marked bolt carrier group is visible through the ejection port, complementing the direct-impingement action. The 16 inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider. The rifle uses a carbine-length receiver extension and an adjustable stock with a QD sling socket and a rubber, hex-vented buttpad.
Controls are familiar AR-15 layout with a manual safety and standard charging handle. It accepts STANAG AR-15 magazines and ships with three 30-round Magpul PMAGs. A Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up front sight is installed; no rear sight is included.
