USA-made and built on the SPEC Series platform, this Black Rain Ordnance SPEC15 stands out with its red and black battleworn finish, branded free-float handguard, and distinctive "LET IT RAIN!" ejection-port cover. It features a 16-inch 5.56 NATO barrel with an A2-style birdcage flash hider, a flat-top upper with case deflector, and a 6-position collapsible stock. It comes with three 30-round magazines and an installed vertical foregrip. The bore condition is excellent.

The SPEC15 is a direct-impingement, semi-automatic AR-15 with aluminum receivers and a branded free-float aluminum handguard with skeletonized cuts; the handguard does not have a continuous top rail and instead provides a short Picatinny section near the muzzle. The flat-top upper includes a Picatinny rail and a case deflector, and the rifle is configured without sights.
The 16-inch barrel is marked 5.56 NATO and is threaded, capped with an A2-style birdcage flash hider. A twist-rate stamp is present on the barrel.
Its red and black battleworn finish, Black Rain Ordnance biohazard logos, and "LET IT RAIN!" ejection-port cover give this rifle a distinctive factory presentation. The lower receiver is marked "CAL: MULTI."
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible stock (approx. 10.5–14 in LOP) and a polymer pistol grip. Capacity is 30+1 with standard AR-15 magazines, and this example includes three 30-round magazines along with an installed vertical foregrip. Made in the USA.
