An aftermarket topstrap scope base with rings and a long-eye-relief pistol scope are installed, and the original OEM rear sight is included.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Overall Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: This firearm is in solid shape. There are many instances of scratches and blemishes present. Small deposits of pitting are present in infrequent locations. The bore is in good shape but does show some blemishing. The scope mount is missing one of the top strap screws.
One of the scope ring screws is different and longer than the others; it appears to hold the scope ring in place well.

The Model 29-3 is a six-shot, fluted-cylinder .44 Rem Magnum on S&W’s robust N-frame. Consistent with the 29-3 engineering update, the cylinder is non-recessed and the barrel is unpinned, with the yoke cut marked "MOD. 29-3."
This revolver features a 10.5 in ribbed barrel with a partial underlug/ejector-rod shroud and a front sight. The rear sight has been removed for the scope base, and the original OEM rear sight is included should you wish to return the revolver to iron sights.
Construction is carbon steel with a blued finish. It has a case-colored hammer and a standard trigger, and operates in double-action/single-action. The grips are black checkered rubber with S&W medallions. Country of origin is USA.
An aftermarket topstrap scope base with rings is installed, along with a long-eye-relief pistol scope for extended reach. The included leather bandolier-style shoulder holster with cartridge loops does not work with the mounted scope.
