Ohio Ordnance M2-SLR .50 BMG Semi-Auto Belt-Fed with 45 in Heavy Barrel, Parkerized Finish, Spade Grips
This Ohio Ordnance M2-SLR is a semi-automatic, closed-bolt adaptation of the Browning M2HB in .50 BMG. It uses the standard 45 in heavy barrel, a uniform dark gray/black parkerized finish, and M2-pattern iron sights. The receiver and components carry OOW CAGE code 1V2A7 with USGI-style markings, along with OOW rollmarks from Chardon, Ohio. It is offered in excellent condition and includes purpose-built support gear.

Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are minor, superficial scratches and blemishes. Barrel notches show wear. Reverify headspace and timing when reassembled. The T&E (Traverse & Elevation Mount Mechanism) is not included. Timing gauges are not included; a headspace gauge is included.

The M2-SLR retains the M2HB form factor and operating layout while running as a semi-automatic, closed-bolt, short-recoil system. It is belt-fed and compatible with M2/M9 disintegrating-link belts. Controls follow the M2 pattern with a right-side charging handle, spade-grip backplate, and butterfly trigger, plus a safety lever.
The standard 45 in heavy-profile barrel features a crowned muzzle. Sighting is via M2-pattern iron sights, including a folding ladder/tangent rear sight and a protected front sight ring, providing a familiar sight picture for this platform.
Construction is all-steel with a uniform manganese-phosphate parkerized finish in dark gray/black. Receiver and components show OOW CAGE code 1V2A7 and other USGI-style part markings. The receiver is rollmarked with the OOW crest/logo and the manufacturing location in Chardon, Ohio.
Included support items complement the platform: a two-leg ground mount with pintle socket head and spade feet, a tripod spindle, and an M7 linking/delinking machine by Schirmer-Dornbierer. A headspace gauge and the FM 23-65 field manual are provided, along with a hard case and a Pelican-style hard case for transport and storage.
