The flat-top upper receiver features a forward assist and an ejection-port cover, with right-side ejection and a SAFE/FIRE selector. Standard AR-15 controls and a standard magazine release make operation familiar and straightforward. The lower receiver is marked PA-15 and MULTI.
The 16 inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern birdcage flash suppressor. The direct-impingement gas system supports reliable semi-automatic operation in 5.56mm NATO.
An aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard marked Made in USA provides modern accessory mounting. A full-length 12 o'clock Picatinny rail runs from the receiver across the handguard for adding compatible sights or accessories.
