    What's Included
    • Leather K98k-pattern sling (reproduction), installed
    • Standard K98k cleaning rod, installed

Produced in 1940, this K98k bears the Sauer "ce" factory code on the receiver ring and the "Mod. 98" receiver wall marking. Heereswaffenamt WaA37 stamps and German army eagles are observed on parts, affirming German Army acceptance during the WWII era. The receiver is forged steel, consistent with early-war production standards.

It features the desirable early-war milled barrel bands and a milled trigger guard/floorplate. The laminated K98k stock has the correct sling slot and takedown disc, paired with a bent bolt handle and a 13.0-inch length of pull. The rifle is configured with a tangent rear sight and an inverted-V front sight; no front sight hood is fitted.

The barrel measures 23.25 inches, and the rifle retains its bayonet lug and installed cleaning rod. Feeding is via an internal 5-round fixed magazine designed for charger-clip loading, maintaining the rifle’s original service configuration.

Many small parts are matching-numbered, with the bolt locking piece and safety noted as non-matching. Import markings include "CAI ST ALB VT" and the barrel legend "K98 GERMANY 8MM," indicating Century Arms International importation.
