This Rise Armament Watchman XR complete upper receiver is built around an 18" 416R stainless steel barrel with a rifle-length gas system. The muzzle is threaded to accept your choice of compatible device.
The free-float 15.25" skeletonized aluminum handguard provides a continuous top Picatinny rail with M-LOK slots for accessories. This complete upper includes a RISE ambidextrous charging handle and a premium black nitride bolt carrier group.
