The 10.5 in barrel is threaded and capped with an A2 birdcage flash suppressor, giving this PA-15 a compact profile in a proven 5.56 NATO chambering. It uses a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system on the AR-15 platform.
The flat-top upper provides a Picatinny rail on the receiver and is equipped with a forward assist, dust cover, and case deflector. The receiver carries the forging mark "A" and is finished in matte black.
Sighting is handled by an A2 F-marked front sight base; no rear sight is included. The carbine-length, two-piece ribbed polymer handguard is OD green.
Controls and furniture include a selector safety marked SAFE/FIRE, an OD green A2-pattern pistol grip, and a tan telescoping M4-style stock. It accepts AR-15/STANAG magazines and ships with one 30-round polymer magazine. The aluminum-alloy receiver construction and USA origin round out the build.
