Built on Remington's 3-inch magnum receiver, this Express Magnum is chambered for both 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. Capacity is 4+1 with the standard magazine cap and sling stud.
The 28 inch steel barrel features a ventilated rib and is threaded for removable choke tubes. A single front bead provides a clear aiming reference, and the matte blued finish ties in with the receiver for a consistent, low-glare profile.
The receiver and barrel are steel with a matte blued finish, and the trigger-plate assembly is polymer. Dual action bars drive the pump, and a cross-bolt safety provides straightforward control. The hardwood stock has pressed checkering and a rubber recoil pad, with a 14.0 inch length of pull.
Useful upgrades are already installed. The saddle-mounted Picatinny receiver rail accepts optics without permanent modification to the gun. QD sling swivels are fitted front and rear, and a leather shoulder sling and Allen neoprene buttstock cover are included.
