The V2 LEM system delivers a consistent, pre-cocked DAO trigger with second-strike capability. A bobbed hammer, internal safeties, and a loaded chamber indicator round out the duty-focused design. There is no decocking button or external safety levers on this variant.
The 3.66 in cold-hammer-forged barrel uses polygonal rifling with a right-hand twist, designed for long service life and easy maintenance. The slide wears HK's HE nitrocarburized finish, and the sights are dovetailed for durability and serviceability.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the slide release levers and paddle-style magazine release. Interchangeable backstraps and textured grip panels allow the grip to be tailored to the shooter. An accessory rail is molded into the dustcover for mounting a light or other compatible equipment.
Factory 3-dot tritium night sights are installed, with a Meprolight Tru-Dot rear sight for low-light visibility. The compact dimensions—6.85 in overall length, 5.08 in height, and 1.37 in width—pair with an unloaded weight of about 25 oz for balanced carry and control.
This example is German-made with DE and CIP N proof marks and the HKI Columbus, GA import stamp. It features matching serial numbers on the slide and barrel, a 10+1 capacity in 9mm Luger, and comes with three 10-round magazines, a factory case, and the original operator's manual.
