The extended, multi-port compensator is a focal point of this build. It features side windows and top ports, with the fixed front blade mounted directly on the comp for a stable sight picture. The listed barrel length is 5.75 inches.
The slide and frame are finished in a two-tone scheme, with a dark slide over a lighter steel frame. Practical upgrades include front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port. The pistol retains the classic 1911 single-action operation.
Controls and ergonomics are set up for confident handling: a high-ride beavertail grip safety, extended left-side thumb safety, checkered front strap, and a blended magazine-well funnel. The skeletonized long three-hole trigger and Commander-style ring hammer round out the performance-oriented controls.
Sighting is handled by an adjustable target rear sight (BoMar/LPA-style) paired with a fixed front blade on the compensator. Black checkered synthetic grips provide a secure hold.
It uses a detachable single-stack 1911-pattern magazine and comes with one 10-round magazine, giving a maximum capacity of 10+1. Factory markings include the Springfield Armory Geneseo IL USA frame marking and the slide legend "MODEL 1911-A1 CAL .45" with the Springfield Armory crest.
