The CQB Elite configuration centers on a Government-length 5" bushing barrel paired with a GI-style recoil spring plug for a traditional 1911 setup. The barrel bushing face is marked "WILSON," the slide reads "WILSON COMBAT" on the left and "CQB ELITE" on the right, and the barrel hood is marked "WILSON 45 ACP."
The slide is flat-topped with top serrations and also carries rear-of-slide serrations, adding texture alongside the front and rear cocking serrations. The steel frame and slide wear a matching silver finish, with checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing and a flared magazine well funnel for streamlined reloads.
Controls and fire-control parts include a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, a left-side thumb safety, a skeletonized Commander-style hammer, and a long, three-hole trigger. Sights consist of a black, fully adjustable rear and a dovetailed green fiber-optic front.
The pistol wears Wilson medallion, flat-bottom wood grip panels in the starburst pattern.
