Construction blends durability and weight savings: the receiver and cocking tube are die-cast zinc alloy, while the lower is a polymer Taromid GF 39 unit. A fixed polymer buttstock mates to the rear of the receiver, while the MP5-style polymer lower/trigger housing incorporates the pistol grip; a slim polymer fore-end provides a stable, familiar feel.
