Ruger-57 5.7X28mm Full-Size Semi-Auto, 4.94 in Nitrided Barrel, 20+1, Custom Tan/Earth Topographic Refinish, 2021, With Case, 2 Mags & Ruger Injection-Molded Polymer Paddle Holster
This Ruger-57 pairs the model’s delayed-blowback, internal hammer-fired design with a non-factory tan/earth topographic-pattern refinish on both slide and frame. It is a 2021 U.S.-made example with a 4.94 in nitrided alloy-steel barrel, through-hardened steel slide, and a standard 20+1 capacity. The pistol retains factory features including a green fiber-optic front sight, fully adjustable rear sight, ambidextrous manual safeties, and an integrally molded multi-slot accessory rail. It comes complete with two 20-round steel magazines, the Ruger factory hard case, a Ruger-branded injection-molded polymer paddle holster, and an additional tan/earth topographic-finished rectangular multi-hole plate (as pictured).

What’s Included
- Ruger factory hard case
- Two 20-round steel magazines
- Ruger-57 Ruger-branded injection-molded polymer paddle holster
- Additional tan/earth topographic-finished rectangular multi-hole plate (as pictured)
Factory configuration is present where noted: through-hardened steel slide, nitrided alloy-steel barrel, and an integrally molded multi-slot accessory rail. The operating system is the Ruger-57’s uncommon-for-service-size delayed blowback, paired with an internal hammer and an ambidextrous push-button magazine release.
The non-factory refinish sets this pistol apart visually. Both the slide and the glass-filled nylon frame wear a tan/earth topographic-pattern finish. The case label indicates the factory finish as Blued; the pistol now carries the later custom refinish described here.
Controls and sights remain to factory spec, including ambidextrous manual thumb safeties and a frame marking that reads "PISTOL WILL FIRE WITH MAGAZINE REMOVED," indicating no magazine disconnect. Sight picture comes from a green fiber-optic front and a black, windage/elevation-adjustable rear.
Slide features include front and rear cocking serrations, an elongated lightening window, and an open ejection port. The molded grip texture incorporates Ruger phoenix logos, and the full-size frame provides a 20+1 standard capacity in 5.7X28mm.
This pistol’s serial range is above Ruger’s safety-bulletin affected range (642-26274 and below) for early right-side safety levers, and the included accessories make it a ready-to-use package out of the case.
